The Kade is the name in Hindi to designate a snack trolley man.

The first Kade where I ate, for me a new experience. You could to tell me it's not really different to do a picnic or to eat in the park on the bench. And yet, it's aside experience. 

To begin, the Kade is everywhere in India. You could find in the small and big street, on the verge of the road. Sometimes the place is dangerous, because of the traffic (cars, bikes, rickshaw…). Indian people is not a problem, if the Kade is under trees, it's perfect. The Kade near the Shristi School of Art Design and Technology move to by the student of school. The salesperson is a woman. When she talk about customers, she designates like her friends. It feel, the warm human and the respect in the relationship. All customers are regular. They come to eat the traditional indian food. Also, it's a way for the students the school to relax at the outside of the school without have to go far to eat. The people discuss. For the saleswoman is proud her Kade. She would like to improve her Kade, with her own logo, to put up a menu or other information. For foreign people it's the adventure, it's necessary to know someone to evaluate the place and the dishes. But what is it always like that in India? A culture seems shy but one time reveal it's sharing.

Let's return to our saleswoman. She is entrepreneur, and it's very important in India. She organizes the space with the bench and the space of the kitchen. The benches serve to limit the space. Her kitchen is basic, next the Kade a bottle of gas, two griddles and the food. The newspaper protect  the worktop. She prepares in this conditions the dishes for customers. But don't worry the cook is good, however it's very spicy.

So it's interesting to work on the Kade. For product and space designer there is a solution to organize the kitchen space's and how do it limit the space. Also for a graphic designer with identity, to put information on the menu and artistic of Kade. The Kade is one of indian culture, find a design solution will be a good project.
